These are not aspirations — they describe how every client engagement at Munkhong Rak actually works.
Qualified legal expertise
The team holds current registration under Thai legal practice requirements, with focused experience in pension-related matters specifically.
Written summaries included
After every session, you receive a written record of what was discussed and what your options are. Clarity that outlasts the room.
Transparent fees, agreed in advance
Fixed session fees for the review. Documented scope for all formal work. You always know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.
No obligation beyond the first step
The Pension Review Session is a complete, standalone service. There is no expectation of further engagement unless you choose it.
Consistent updates on ongoing matters
For partnership clients, updates are regular and written. No chasing required — you hear from us before you need to ask.
PDPA-compliant data handling
All client information is managed in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, with no sharing beyond what the law or your consent permits.
Professional expertise in Thai pension law
Pension matters in Thailand sit at the intersection of employment law, social security regulation, and civil procedure. Navigating them effectively requires a legal team that works in this area regularly — not one that treats it as an occasional matter.
At Munkhong Rak, pension legal support is our focus. The team's experience is concentrated in this area, which means we are familiar with the relevant authorities, the typical processes, and the documentation standards that tend to matter in these cases.
What this means for you
- Explanation grounded in current Thai pension law, not general legal principles

- Soft and measured communication throughout — no pressure tactics
- Available in person in Chiang Mai or remotely
Client service centred on your pace
Many legal services are built around the provider's timeline. We have tried to build ours around the client's. That means starting with a session that has no obligation attached, providing written notes after every conversation, and keeping the tempo of each engagement aligned with what suits the person we are working with.
Pension concerns are often stressful. The last thing a client needs is a service that adds to that. We do not chase. We do not pressure. We explain, document, and wait for you to decide.
Clear, fixed pricing with no surprises
Our services are priced clearly and displayed publicly. The Pension Review Session is ฿2,600 — a fixed, standalone fee that covers the session and the written summary. Formal Response Preparation is ฿5,100. Long-Term Legal Partnership begins at ฿8,600, with scope agreed before work begins.
We do not add charges without discussion. If the scope of a matter changes, we raise it with you before any additional commitment is made.

How our approach compares
These reflect common observations about legal services for pension matters — not a criticism of any specific provider.
Distinctive features of how we work
The "what happens next" summary
Every client engagement includes a clear, plain-language outline of the steps ahead — prepared in writing so you can refer to it, share it, and return to it. Nothing is left unclear between sessions.
In-person and remote, equally supported
Our Chiang Mai office is available for face-to-face sessions. For clients elsewhere in Thailand or with mobility considerations, we provide the same quality of service remotely.
Decisions remain with the client
We prepare documentation, provide advice, and support formal processes — but we do not take action on your behalf without your explicit instruction at each stage.
Internal review on all formal work
Formal responses and legal documents are reviewed by a second team member before they leave the office. This is standard practice, not an add-on.
